Test Projects

Church Lane (ID 3)
Mini Site, ASA/India, 13 headcount, 10 blocks. Decom: 9 desks = $450. Match rate improved after fixes — remaining gaps are block mappings + Craig's overrides.
Salt Lake (ID 5)
Mini Site, ASA/India, 15 headcount, 9 blocks. 4 scope overrides all correct. 9/15 rows match. Same blockers as Church Lane.
23-25 MGR (ready)
Small Site, New Build. Will test different site size, network design, and PMS tier. Not yet entered.
BCP Strategy S1-S3
3 spreadsheets from IDN (Indonesia). Not yet analyzed. May test different region pricing.

Single Remaining Blocker

Six retail/branch banking building blocks (IDs 70, 74, 75, 78, 81, 82) have zero equipment mappings in the database. This causes AV/VC = $0 and Network Equipment undercounts. Craig said he needs to get back to us on this. Once resolved, the majority of remaining mismatches will clear up.
