Second validation project — Mini Site with different scope toggles

Salt Lake Validation

Test Case

Salt Lake Expansion is Craig’s second reference project. Same site size (Mini) but different scope toggles than Church Lane — tests our scope consideration logic.

Key Findings

  1. Scope toggles work perfectly — Voice=$0, Servers=$0, WiFi=$2,000 all correct
  2. Same root causes as Church Lane — Missing block mappings and PMS override
  3. Network Equipment identical — $27,960 in both (same Mini site size)
  4. PMS nearly identical — $55,877 vs $55,876 (both Mini/ASA/India)
  5. Contingency = $5,880 — doesn’t match our MAX(5%, $5K) formula

Schema Fix Required

project_floor_items.quantity was INTEGER — changed to NUMERIC(10,2) to support decimal quantities like 3.12.
